2022 is seeing the Great Resignation. The Post-Covid world has said enough is enough and people of every age group are launching out on their own to start their own businesses. This is a hands on course where I show teens how to start and execute their own business. It is a practicum in that we will actually be starting a Snow Cone/Drink Truck within the city limits of San Antonio, TX.
Course Options:
In Person Hands On
Online Only -Available 2023 after Course Materials are developed
Age Groups: 9th grade and up.
Drink Truck Guidelines:
We will be closed Sundays.
The drink stand will likely be in the 78230 zip code.
It will be an air conditioned trailer.
As minor children are allowed in this project, there will be no mixed gender crews unless from the same family working the truck alone.
Crews will be 1 to 2 persons, depending on age.
Hours will normally start around 10 a.m. and close before dark.
Who We Are: We are a homeschool family that loves to see young people learn and grow into amazing adults, including how to start their own businesses.
